Nick Heinz, who was kicked by a horse last Wednesday morning died at his father's home on Saturday night about 11 o;clock. It appears tht the young man entered the stables where the horses were kept, carrying a basket, and it is supposed that he fell when he entered the barn door scaring the horse, which in its fright kicked the young man on the head, crushing the skull.
He was picked up unconscious and remained so until his death.
Physicians were immediately called and did all that medical skill could do to bring him form his comatose condition, but to no avil.
Nick Heniz was almost 19 years of age and a hard working upright young man.
Funeral services were held at the Catholic church on Tuesday morning and the remains were laid to rest in the Roseville cemetery.
The parents and relatives of the young man have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community.
