ACKLEY — Funeral services for Mrs. Henrietta Karsjens, 93, who died Wednesday of complications of age, will be at 12:30 Saturday from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anna Brower, 404 First Avenue and at Bethel Reformed church north of Aplington at 1:15; burial in church cemetery,

Born Henrietta Voss, in Pilsum, Germany, and was married there to William Karsjens. They came to Aplington, Ia., 56 years ago and lived in that vicinity until the death of Mr. Karsjens eight years ago, when she came to make her home here with her daughter.

She also, leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Heyo Hemmen, Kesley; Mrs. Ed Miller, Allison, and one son, William Karsjens, Parkersburg; also 33 grandchildren, and 40 great-grandchildren.

Preceded by one daughter and two sons.
