Lois Ann Gallope, 69,of Dumont, Iowa, passed away May 2, 2010, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City, Iowa.

She was born January 19, 1941, in Dumont, Iowa, to Herbert Gladstone and Velma May (Hilliker) Santee. Lois attended the Greene High School in Greene, Iowa. She was a CNA/CMA and was a Dental Assistant. Lois enjoyed collecting Dolls, gardening, crafts, movies and helping others continue their education.

Lois is survived by her son Fred Gallope of Hutchinson, Kansas, sister Lila LaRue of Spooner, Wisconsin, sister in law Henrietta Curtis of Forsyth, Missouri, nieces and nephews; Doug Santee, Dennis Santee, Sandy Reams, Steve Santee, Cindy Santee, Scott Chisholm, Lori Elness and a cousin Glenn Hilliker.
