Lilly May Luck, daughter of Greenberry and Susan Luck, was born at New Hartford, Iowa, June 8,1874 and passed away at her home November 24, 1930, at the age of 56 years, 5 months and 16 days.
She was united in marriage to Oscar Bolton on the 2nd. day of October, 1815. To this union were born six children; Mrs Robert Dietrick, of Parkersburg, Luck, Ted, and Randall of New Hartford, and Oscar and Leslie at home.
She was a member of the Methodist church of New Hartford.
She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, one daughter, five sons, five grandchildren, four sisters; Mrs Erma Grandon, Mrs. Eliza Bowen, Mrs Grace Brennan, of New Hartford and Mrs. Alice Ackerson of Parkersburg; two brothers, John and Ernie Luck of New Hartford. Her mother and father, one brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held in the Methodist church in New Hartford, conducted by Rev. Buell. Interment was in the Oak Hill cemetery. Six nephews; Orion Luck, Fred Luck, Leon Grandon, John Bolton, Clyde Bolton, and Howard Ackerson acted as pallbearers.
