Mabel Grandon, 82, of the Cedar Falls Health Care Center, formerly of New Hartford, died Tuesday, Feb.22,1994 of natural causes. She was born Dec.16, 1911 in Butler County the daughter of Charles and Anna Gydersen Gerholdt. She married Spencer Grandon on April 25, 1929 in Waterloo. He died in 1968. She is survived by a sister, Ruth Olson of New Hartford. Preceded in death by her husband, an infant son, Leon; six brothers, Albert, John, Robert, Truman, Mads and Chester Gerholdt; a sister Daisy Gerholdt. Services at the United Methodist Church with burial in Beaver Grove Cemetery,both in New Hartford.
