Tuesday morning, November 15, 1904, at the Catholic Parsonage in this city, Rev. Father Sheehy performing the ceremony, occured to Dr. John Nevins and Miss Bessie Hagarty, both of Greene. The Happy Pair took the seven o' clock train on their wedding tour, and will be gone about two weeks, taking in St. Louis fair and other places of interest.
The doctor was very liberal in treating over the event. He sent a barrel of apples and a liberal supply of candy to the school children and set up smokes to everyone.
The Recorder joins their many friends in extending best wishes for their future happiness.
(Elizabeth "BESSIE" was my G/Granmother Agatha Hagarty-Bailey's Sister.)
