V. Evelyn Luck
Evely was born January 1, 1904 near Waterloo, Iowa the daughter of Dick D. and Pearl (Ingalls) Thomas.(Pearl was the daughter of Ira and Annie Parthemore Ingalls of New Hartford) She married Ross Way. They were later divorced. She married Frederick R. Luck October 19, 1940 at New Hampton, Iowa. Evelyn died November 19, 1993 at the Western Home, Cedar Falls, Iowa, at the age of 89 years.
She is survived by one daughter, Vera Nielsen, Princeton, Minnesota; five grandchildren; thirteen greatgrandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Dorothy Way Luck; one sister, Leona, and one brother in infancy.

She was buried Monday, November 22, 1993 at Beaver Grove Cemetery at New Hartford, Iowa.
