James Feltus, only son of the above (George Feltus), was born in Ireland, on the 14th day of February, 1856. He was educated in the schools of Butler county, also took a course at the commercial college of Sterling, Illinois. He resided with his parents until their death. On October 1, 1881, he purchased the dray, express and transfer business at Clarksville, and is now carrying on the same. No young man in this county has more warm friends than James Feltus.
