John H. Neal, harness-maker, Bristow, succeeded M. B. Wilson in the fall of 1881. He learned his trade with Mr. Wilson, who is now a resident of Wright county, Iowa. Mr. Neal is a son of Joseph N. Neal, of West Point township. He was born in Monroe county, Ohio, in 1857. His wife was Miss Mary Hatch, of Bristow.
