STORM LAKE PILOT - Wed, Aug 28, 1889 - Died at her home in Maple Valley township of paralysis of the brain Wednesday Aug 21st, 1889, Etta, wife of F.E. Sutton.

Etta Waddon was born at Brockville, Canada, May 10th, 1848 where she lived until her marriage with F.E. Sutton, April 15th, 1869. In 1872 they moved to Buena Vista county, where they have since resided. About two years ago she was stricken with paralysis of the brain and although not confined to her bed she had been a constant but patient sufferer.

She leaves behind a husband to mourn the loss of a faithful wife.

The funeral services, conducted by Rev Ralph, occurred from the home Thursday and the remains were placed in the Storm Lake cemetery.
