Mrs. Harry Lindlief

Mrs. Harry Lindlief, 85, of Williams, Calif., formerly of Alta, died Saturday, (Feb. 20, 1982) in Williams.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Jones funeral home in Alta. Rev. A. F. Schneck will officiate. Burial will be in the Scandinavian cemetery.

Mrs. Lindlief, the former Carrie Rasmussen, was born April 21, 1896, in Buena Vista county. She married Harry C. Lindlief March 12, 1913, in Storm Lake. They farmed in the Fairview community until 1946 when they moved to Pasadena, Calif.. They moved to Loveland, Colo. in 1957. Mr. Liendlief died June 25, 1965. She was a member of the First United Methodist church, American War Mothers and Golden Age club of Loveland.

Survivors are two sons, Clifford of Plymouth County, rt.1, Sioux City, and Edwin of Loveland; two daughters, Mrs. Milton (Rosetta)Woods of Williams and Mrs. Ronald (Velma) Tigges of Berthoud, Colo.; one brother, Clarence of Eau Claire, Wis.; one sister, Mrs. Obert (Sadie) Erickson of Indianola; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
