Judith Cameron
September 11, 1942 - February 24, 2019

Judith Cameron, age 76, of Alta, Iowa, died on February 24, 2019, at her home in Alta.

Born on September 11, 1942, in Cherokee, Iowa, to Vernon and Phyllis (Hartliep) Corrington, Judith was baptized in 1942 at the Quimby United Methodist Church in Quimby. After attending grade school and completing her studies at Quimby High School, she graduated in 1961. Then, on December 31, 1972, she married Thomas Kay Cameron in Quimby, Iowa. Subsequently, they were blessed with a daughter, Lisa Kay.

Judith enjoyed her role as a homemaker. In addition, she liked listening to audio books and the radio, spending time with her grandchildren, and traveling to visit family.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lisa (Tim) Andersen, of Cambridge, Iowa; her brothers, Vernon (Donna) Corrington, of Williams, Arizona, and Dennis (Sue) Corrington, of College Station, Texas; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Corinne Andersen.

Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; her parents, Vernon and Phyllis; and her sister, Connie Corrington.

Graveside services are pending at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Alta. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Alta is in charge of the arrangements.
