Services for Daniel Kent Ricklefs, 36, of Storm Lake are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. John Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul Warmer officiating. Burial will be in Storm Lake Cemetery under the direction of Sliefert Funeral Home.

Ricklefs died Feb. 22, 1985 at the Buena Vista County Hospital.

He was born Nov. 9, 1948 to Garrett and Grace Hartsock Ricklefs in LeMars. He graduated from Sheldon High School. On Sept. 1,1972, he married Melody at Newton, Kansas. Following his discharge from the Air Force, he worked at D and D Standard Station, Schaller.

Survivors include his wife, Melody; two daughters, Michelle and Danielle; a sister, Dorcas Hartje of Storm Lake and a brother, David of Storm Lake.
