STORM LAKE BUENA VISTA VIDETTE - Jun 28, 1907 - John W. Murphy died Thursday Jun. 20th at the home of his son Clarence, at Sioux City.

The body was brought here Friday evening and was laid to rest in the Storm Lake cemetery Saturday beside his wife who died about ten years ago.

Until about eighteen years ago he resided on a farm south of the lake then he moved to Sioux City where he lived until his death.

Mr. Murphy leaves four sons to mourn his death: Eugene and John of St. Paul, Frank of Arizona and Clarence of Sioux City.
