Rev. E. C. Wilson Fatally Injured

Rev. E. Carnell Wilson, 73, well-known Storm Lake pastor, died at a hospital in Storm Lake, Monday, of injuries received when struck by a car a few hours earlier.

Rev. Wilson was hit while crossing highway 5 in Storm Lake. He suffered a fractured skull and other injuries. Officials said the car was driven by Malcolm Beckman, 30, of Cherokee.

The pastor will be remembered by Primghar people as the interim pastor of the Congregational church here last year. He leaves the widow and two daughters, Mrs. Earl Schaeffer, Forest City, and Mrs. Kenneth Kinkade, Des Moines.
