Katelyn Lindsay Duff passed away on November 30, 2004, at the Buena Vista Regional Medical Center in Storm Lake at the age of 13 years, 11 months, and 26 days.

Katelyn was born on December 4, 1990, in Miami Beach, Florida, to Edward Duff and Rhonda Harrington. She moved to Storm Lake soon after her birth. At the age of 2, she moved into the Faith, Hope & Charity Home in Storm Lake.

Katelyn enjoyed spending time with her grandma.

She is survived by her mother, Rhonda Harrington, and her husband, Paul Lussman, of Storm Lake; her father, Edward Duff, of Cleveland, Ohio; her grandparents, Sid and Vivian Harrington, of Storm Lake; and her extended family at the Faith, Hope & Charity facility.

Funeral services for Katelyn Duff were held at the Barker Funeral Home in Alta on Friday, December 3, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. with Tom Daniels conducting the services. Burial was in the Storm Lake Cemetery.
