Russell Theodore Berkler, 93, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, formerly of Sioux City and Truesdale, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 14, 2011, at Mount St. Francis Nursing Center in Colorado Springs.

Russell was born March 27, 1918, near Truesdale on the family farm. He spent most of his life in Sioux City where he worked as the office manager of Chesterman Bottling Company.
