WORTLY, WORTLEY, CATT

My great grandfather Charles Lewis Catt was adopted and I am looking for his original name. I am not sure when he took the Catt name as his own, but there are two possible times: 1. When he turned 16, he took the Catt name-in 1880 or when he married in 1887 to Amy Elizabeth Spece. Charles Lewis Catt was born Dec. 26, 1864 and died Feb. 16,1955.
In the write up of the obit you did the 2nd to the last sentence you have Mr. Can instead of Catt.
