In order to get info from MHI - you must be a direct MALE descendant of the patient. My grandmother passed away at MHI due to health problems suspect Parkinsons, my grandfather was unable to take care of her at home and she had no where else to go. (I have had to send a FORM to my brother) they provide you with for the MALE to sign, on the form it states that the MALE can also have the information released to the people he has listed on the form.
