I am searching for additional information on my gggrandfather George E. Sheffield. He was born around 1850 in NY and he married Julia Sheff in Griggsville, Il. before moving to IA. George's Father's name was Edward and his mother's name was Kateliff who were from CT and Ireland respecively. George was a physician in Buchannan county, IA and died some time in the late 1920's. Any information would be appreciated.
