Bert Foreman, 45 years old, shot himself in the head with a shotgun at Independence. His body was discovered on the river bank.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born July 7, 1869 and died June 16, 1913. He is buried in Oakwood Cemetery.
