Briana “Bri” Timm, 23, of Independence, Iowa, died at the Buchanan County Health Care Center in Independence on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.

Briana was born January 4, 1994 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Brian Timm and Candee Bauer.

Briana attended school at East Buchanan Community Schools in Winthrop, graduating with the class of 2012. She then attended Hawkeye Community College where she received her Photography degree in 2015.

Bri had a love for art, music, and photography.

Bri was preceded in death by her grandfather Niles Timm.

Her surviving family includes her mother and stepfather Candee (Matthew) Bauer of Independence; her father Brian Timm of Frisco, TX; step mother Betsy Timm of McKinney, TX; two sisters: Paxton Fredericksen of Independence and Makayla Timm of McKinney, TX; grandmother Jane Timm of Winthrop; grandparents Virginia Sherrets and Richard Staveley of Independence, and step grandparents Bruce and Peggy Kimmerle of Frisco, TX.

On Wednesday, May 31, 2017 the family will greet visitors from 5 PM until 7 PM, then hold a celebration of life ceremony starting at 7 PM. This will take place at the Fawcett Funeral Chapel in Winthrop, Iowa.
