INDEPENDENCE – Eileen Grace (Beck) Siedlecki, 91, of Waterloo, Iowa, and formerly of Independence and Jesup, Iowa, died Monday, July 11, 2016 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.

Eileen was born on July 16, 1925 in Littleton, Iowa the daughter of Clyde C. and Blanche M. (Brown) Wilson. She was a 1944 graduate of the Independence High School. In 1947 she married Joseph M. Beck. She was employed with the Chicago Merchandise Mart and the Buchanan County Assessor's office in Independence, prior to her retirement.

She enjoyed bowling, camping, dancing, jig-saw-puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends.

Eileen is survived by her son, David Beck, Waterloo; two grandchildren, three great grandchildren; two brothers: Warren Wilson, Red Wing, Minn. and George Wilson, Janesville, Wis.; a sister, DeVee Wilson, Hudson, Iowa; and a former daughter-in-law, DeeAnn Sage, Dunkerton, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph Beck in 1979, three brothers: John Albright, Dean Wilson, and Earl Wilson; and two sisters: Addie Head and Nadine Wilson.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, with Rev. James Melvin officiating. Inurnment will be in the Mt Hope Cemetery, Independence.
