Hazel Irene Borcherding, 80, died Saturday morning, Dec. 30, 1995, in Community Memorial Hospital, Sumner, after a brief illness. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, St. John Lutheran Church, by the Revs. John Sorenson and Norman Stubbendick. burial: St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Sumner. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home, Sumner, and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Survivors include a son, Leon of Sumner, and a daughter, Gwen Clark of East Moline, Ill.
