Charles William Reimler, who owns one hundred and sixty acres of fine land in Sumner township, is a native of Bremer county, born on the property which he now owns, June 3, 1878. He is a son of Fred Reimler, of whom further mention is made elsewhere in this work.

Charles William Reimler was reared upon his father's farm, acquiring his education in the district schools. He now owns the homestead, which comprises one hundred and sixty acres lying on section 9, Sumner township. This he has greatly improved, erecting new buildings and installing modern equipment and carrying forward the work of the fields in a progressive and able manner. He engages in general farming and for the past three years has operated a steam threshing machine which he owns in partnership with a neighbor.

Mr. Reimler married Miss Lillie Feind, who was born in Jefferson county, Wisconsin. They are members of the Zion Evangelical Association and Mr. Reimler gives his political allegiance to the democratic party. He is widely known in the township, where his entire llife has been spent and where his success places him in the front ranks of progressive and representative citizens.
