Life Sketch:
Mabel M. Blomgren, 86, died October 18, 1987, at the Evangelical Free Church Home. She was born December 16, 1900 in rural Madrid, the daughter of Frank and Minnie (Boone) Hull. She married Lloyd W. Blomgren December 29, 1920 in Boone, Iowa. She was a member of the Disciples of Christ Church in Luther. She was preceded in death by her husband and a great-grandson.
Survivors include two sons, Bob of Boone and Don of Ames; two daughters, Lorraine Van Dolah, Wichita, Kansas and Marian Bauman of Madrid; 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; a brother, Everett Hull of Madrid.
Memorials may be given to the Evangelical Free Church Home.
