Chas Hasstedt Funeral to Be Wednesday P.M.

Funeral services for Charles Hasstedt will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Trinity Lutheran Church. There will be a short service at the home, 1316 Benton Street, and burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery near Mackey. The Rev. Otto Erbe will be in charge of the last rites (Death sotry on page 2.)

Chas Hasstedt Succumbs Here at Age of 86

Death Occurred Saturday Evening - Ill Some Time But Death Was Sudden - Wife and Other Relatives Survive, Remains Are at Home and Funeral Arrangements Will be Announced Later.

Saturday night at 10:30 o'clock at his home, 1316 Benton Street, occurred the death of Charles Hasstedt. Mr. Hasstedt was 86 years old at the time of his death.

He had been ailing for some time but his passing was quite sudden. The remains were taken to the Schroeder Funeral Home, and removed to the home Sunday.

The funeral arrangements will be announced later. The surviving wife and other relatives have the sympathy of many friends in their bereavement.
