Services for Roy W. S. Dahlstrom, 75, of 1808 E. Thirty-first court, who died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church.  Burial will be at Masonic Cemetery.  Mr. Dahlstrom was a lifelong resident of Des Moines and was former co-owner of Dahlstrom Funeral Home until his retirement in 1975.   He was a member of ZA GA ZIG Shrine, Royal Order of Jesters, Home Masonic Lodge 370, East Des Moines Club and Scottish Rites.    Survivors include his wife, Doris, a son Price of Mason City; two daughters, Joyce Dahlstrom of Bettendorf and Judy Stocum of Albuquerque N.M.; a sister, Mabel Borg of Des Moines; and five grandchildren.
