For the last few years they returned to Iowa and following the death of Josephine, his wife, he recently lived in Cedar Place. There he found comfort, friendship, and love from his Cedar Place friends, especially his girl, Marge Tesdall.
Survivors include his brother Ralph Clymer and sister Jo Kopke. His children; sons, John (Dea) Clymer, Bob (Betty) Clymer and daughter Jo Myers-Walker. He is also survived by 9 granddaughters, one grandson, and 16 great-grandchildren.
