Mollie Snedden, 87, Ogden, died on Sunday at the Evangelical Free Church Home in Boone of hart failure. She had been a resident of the Home since Sept. 2. She was born in Jamaica on Nov. 24, 1914, the daughter of Earle and Emma (Phillips) Adams. She married Lloyd Snedden in Ogden on Feb. 15, 1937.

She attended school in Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School in 1933. She was a homemaker, and she enjoyed flower gardening, camping, ballroom and square dancing. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Boone. She also enjoyed her family's and grandchildren's activities.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one grandson John, two brothers and four sisters. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Sandra of Ogden, Donald and Delores of Grand Junction and Alan and Camille of Normal, IL, one sister, Glee Hanson of Tucson, AZ, eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Boone, with the Rev. Dr. Norman Haupt officiating. Burial was at the Linwood Park Cemetery. Memorials may be given to her church.

Schroeder Memorial Chapel, Sixth and Marshall streets, was in charge of the arrangements.
