Joseph Uthe, 94, died November 4, 2011, at the Boone County Hospital in Boone. A Funeral Mass is Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone. Burial will be in the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone. Friends may call at Schroeder Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall in Boone on Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. where a Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. and the family will be present from 6 to 8.
