Freda Irene Forster, 99, of Boone, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2012 at the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone.
Funeral services, 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 5, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boone. Visitation, Tuesday, September 4, at Walter~Schroeder Funeral Home in Boone from 4 to 8 p.m., with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation, Wednesday at the church from 9 a.m. to service time.
Freda is survived by her 3 children, Rodney Forster of Story City; Glen Forster (Carol Ann) of Boone; Carol Crouse (Dale) of Boone; 4 grandchildren, Jeffrey Forster of Boone; Michael Forster of Boone; Brenda Hakanson (Bo) of Grundy Center; Steven Forster of Seattle, WA.; 2 great-grandsons, Gunnar Forster of Boone and Jaden Hakanson of Grundy Center, and many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Freda, memorials may be given to the Trinity Lutheran Church.
