Life Sketch:
Minnie Hull, daughter of Tyler and Mary (Nutt) Boone, was born in Worth Township, Boone County, Iowa, April 8, 1881 and died at the Boone hospital, January 29, 1965 at the age of 83 years 9 months and 21 days. She was united in marriage to Frank Hull February 28, 1900 and they moved to his farm west of Luther where they resided for the next 50 years.
In 1950, due to failing health, Mrs. Hull moved to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Blomgren. She later became a resident of the Evangelical Free Church Home at Boone, Iowa.
Mrs. Hull became a member of the Meadow Grove Church, August 23, 1902, later transferring her membership to the Christian Church at Luther, where she was an active member until her health failed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; her parents; 5 brothers and one sister.
Survivors: her daughter, Mrs. Lloyd (Mabel) Blomgren; her son, Everett Boone Hull; 4 grandchildren: Lorraine Van Dolah of Wichita, Kansas, Robert L. Blomgren, Marian Doran and Donald Blomgren, all Boone County residents; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Julia Bates of Philomath, Oregon, and a number of relatives and friends.
