DeLoris M. Lundvall, 86, of Story City and formerly of Boxholm died September 6, 2016 at Bethany Manor in Story City. Funeral services will be Monday September 12 at 11 am Trinity Lutheran Church in Boxholm. Burial will follow in Prairie Lawn Cemetery near Boxholm.

DeLoris was born July 22, 1930 near Woolstock, Iowa to Rufus and Marie (Carlson) Rexroat. She married Paul Lundvall on September 17, 1960. She worked as a bookkeeper for Stratford Feed and Grain. DeLoris was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Boxholm and enjoyed baking, cooking, reading and especially her family.

DeLoris is survived by her son, John (Sara) Lundvall of Ames; three grandchildren, Dillan (Jack) Espeset, Christian and Julianne; a brother, Don (Marsha) Rexroat of Williams; and four sisters, Shirley (Charlie) Jenner of Los Alamitos, CA, Gloria Ulrick of Des Moines, Judy Elsberry of Boone and Mary Rexroat of Des Moines.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Paul; a daughter Ann Marie Lundvall and a brother, Duane Rexroat.

Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church.

Soderstrum Funeral Home in Story City is entrusted with arrangements.
