Waukon- James Kaness, 36, of Waukon was found dead in his apartment Wednesday by fellow employees who went there when he failed to appear for work.

The attending physician said Kaness died of a heart attack.

He was taken to the Martin Brothers Funeral Home in Waukon. His body will be transferred to Boone, Ia., for funeral services and burial. He is formerly of Boone.
