MRS. BUSHORE SERVICES HELD
Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Bushore were conducted by the Rev. Robert Hudson of Stanhope at the Schroeder Funeral Home, on Feb 23, at 3pm.
Mrs. Lavern Wester sang, accompanied by Mrs. Ruth Veale. The Pallbearers were Floyd Pulver, Ross Smith, James Reed, Ernest Schroeder, Guy Hinman and Raymond Veale. The flower committee was composed of Mrs. Darwin Shafer and Mrs. Horace Brown.
Burial was in Linwood Park Cemetery.

Life Sketch
Jennie Briggs Bushore, daughter of Obedience and Silas Briggs, was born in Valparaiso, Indiana, Sept 2, 1866 and after alingering illness, passed away FEb. 20, 1848, at the age of 81 years, five months and 18 days. In 1873 she drove overland with parents to Boone where she had made her home for 74 years.
On Oct 31, 1883, she was married to Steven Ezra Bushore. Mr. and Mrs. Bushore were the parents of two daughters, Mrs. C. L. Burell and Mrs. A.B. Andreson both of Boone; one grandaughter, Mrs. L.E. Thomas of Los Angeles, Calif., and two great grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Lillie Kirk of Boone.
