On Tuesday evening, June 4th, at his home in the east part of town, occurred the death of David Storesund, the nineteen year old son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Storesund. He was born in Ogden October 16, 1887, and had always made this place his home. He was a young man of good character and well thought of by everybody. During almost his entire life he had enjoyed but very few days of health and as he grew older his disease gradually won its battle in spite of all that could be done to spare him. His parents together with ten brothers and sisters mourn their loss. The funeral was held from the Swedish Mission church conducted by Rev. Strom and the remains laid to rest in Glenwood Friday afternoon.

Died -- Tuesday evening at the home of his parents, Mr and Mrs. R. Storsund [sic], their son David, of heart disease who is a young man highly esteemed by our people. Obituary notice next week as at this time we could not obtain the facts.

OGDEN DEPARTMENT
Mr. and Mrs. S.[sic] Storesund have been very unfortunate in the recent loss of both a son and a daughter and with but a short time intervening. They certainly are entitled to and have the earnest sympathy of all Ogden people.

Notes:
(1) The parents are Rasmus Storesund and 2nd wife Emma Hageleen of Ogden.
(2) David had a twin brother, Jacob, who passed away in 1921.
