Services for Torence Wesley Wisecup 67 of 1260 N.W. Seventy eighth st in Clive Iowa will be at 2p.m. Friday at the Chamberlain-Fisher Funeral Home in Adel with Burial in Glenwood Cemetery in Minburn. Mr Wisecup died of a heart attack Tuesday at his home. Mr Wisecup was born in Boone County Aug 8, 1910 to Lester and Flossie (Bundy) Wisecup.He was the oldest of 8 kids. He married Marie Grady on Feb 20th 1932 in Boone .He farmed in Boone County,and Waukee for many years before going to work for Armstrong. He was a member of the United Rubber Workers of America Local 144 and the United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife Marie,two sons Carroll of DesMoines and Larry of Truro, two daughters Sandra Oviatt of Woodward and Roselyn DeBruyn of Newton. Three brothers, Junior and Howard both of Ogden and Kenneth of Boone. Three sisters, Mary Mccoy and Darlene Murken both of Boone and Maxine Nystrom of Hanford California and 12 grandchildren.,
