Deloris Joann Larson, 68, Stratford, formerly of Pilot Mound and Boxholm, died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2006, at the Stratford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Stratford.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Sept. 26, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Boxholm with Rev. Rod Meyer officiating. Burial was at Lawn Cemetery, Boxholm.
Deloris Joann Larson was born August 16, 1938, in Boone, the daughter of Wilmer and Lucile (Monson) Larson. She attended Pilot Mound and Boxholm Consolidated Schools. Deloris lived with her parents on the family farm in Pilot Mound until moving with them to Boxholm in 1976. She moved to the Stratford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in 2000.
Deloris was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Boxholm where she was active in church circles. She liked listening to music of all types, especially classical. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her sister, Marjorie and her husband George Klee of Rochester, Minn.; a brother, Richard and his wife Kim Larson of Pilot Mound; and nieces and nephews, David and his wife Christina Klee, Eric and his wife Szablis Klee, Susan Klee, Matthew Klee, Mary and her husband Pete Bergstrom, Amy Larson, Mandy Larson and Scott Larson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in Boxholm.
Carson Funeral Home, Dayton, was in charge of arrangements.
