CARREL, DOOLEY AND GODFREY

At a County Court for the County of Boone, State of Iowa, holden in Boonsboro in said County on the 11th day of July 1853 Present Saml B McCall, County Judge and ex-officio Judge of Probate, In the matter of the administration of the estate of James Carrel late of said County, deceased.

Whereas Survigney Godfrey Administrator of said estate filed in court a petition for license to sell a part of the personal property of said estate, at private sale, and whereas it has been made to appear to the satisfaction of this court that such sale of said property would be for the benefit of said estate.

It is therefore ordered that Survigney Godfrey Administrator of said estate, be, and he is hereby licensed to sell and assign Land Warrant No. 59.801 issued to James Carrel, and belonging to said estate also other personal property of said estate, of which he has the proper list, and make return thereof as the law directs.

In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and the seal of said County at Boonsboro this 11th day of July A.D. 1853
