Isadore Fox, manufacturer of plows and cultivators, Boonesboro, was born in Plattsburg, New York, February 6, 1836, and at an early age accompaned his parents to Vermont, and was there raised in 1862 he removed to Boston, Massachusetts, where he engaged in the tin and wooden-ware business, following that for some three years, from there he went to Lacona, New Hampshire, and was employed in a woolen mill for five years, and in 1870 he came to Boonesboro, he was married October 23, 1862, to Ellen H Hamlin, born in Brookfield, Vermont, May 30, 1839, Mr Fox is now engaged in the manufacturing of agricultural implements, under the firm name of Cummings & Fox, and his doing quite an extensive business
