W R Shurts, farmer, Sec 21, P O Boone, was born in Indiana January 6, 1846, and when about six years of age his parents moved to Wisconsin, and when seventeen years old he moved back to Indiana, and in 1866 he permanently located in this county, where he owns an improved farm of 90 acres, he was married January 9, 1870, to Miss Elizabeth Pollard, of Indiana, they have by this union a family of two sons and two daughters: Mira M, William R Jr, Amy A, and Oneida P
