Alfred Youngberg, harness maker and shoe maker, Ogden, was born in Sweden, October 12, 1841, and came tot eh United States in July 1868, locating in Henry county, Illinois, the following two years he spent in Colorado, for his health, this being improved he came to Boone, where he lived for five years and then located in Ogden, he was married in this place to Miss Fina Carlson, December 3, 1878, they have one son: Alfred O, Mr Y commenced life without funds or favor with which to pave his pathway to success, but by devoting himself strictly to his business he has built up a lucrative trade and faithfully studies his patrons’ interest
