Rev A Sundberg, was born in Elsboy’s Lane, Grenstod, Sweden, September 13, 1843, and was raised in that country up to the time he came t o America, July 4, 1870, and first located at Chicago, in 1873 he began his ministerial education, at the Swedish Seminary at Paxton, Illinois, and completed his course at the Rock Island Seminary in 1878, and was ordained June 22 of that same year, the came to this place July 5, 1878, he found a wife in the person of Miss Catharine Swanson, whom he married at Chicago, June 27, 1878, she was born in Sweden
