Services for John R. Weber, 81, Rt. 3, will be at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Catholic Church with burial in St. Joseph's cemetery in Raymond.

He died at 5:10 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis Hospital.

John was born on March 6, 1895 in Barclay Twp., the son of Frank and Catherine Ehr Weber. He married Laura Meier on 11-16-1921 in Barclay Twp. They farmed in the Jesup and Raymond area, and in later years, was a trucker. He also was a trustee of Barclay Twp. for about 40 years.

Survivors include his wife; four daughters: Mrs. Julius Delegardelle, of Dewar; Mrs. Joseph Fangman; Mrs. Paul Walton; Mrs. Wayne Schmitz, of Raymond; adn two brothers: Nick of Ravenwood Care Center and George of Dunkerton.
