MRS. JOHN FROST, SR., GILBERTVILLE,

TO BE BURIED WEDNESDAY

Gilbertville, Iowa -- Mrs. John Frost, Sr., 81, died at 11 a.m. Sunday at her home at Gilbertville of a stroke of paralysis.

Mary Marx was born Dec. 13, 1857, at Gilbertville and was married to John Frost, Oct. 16, 1875, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Waterloo.

She leaves, besides her husband, five daughters, Mrs. Mary Holbach, Mrs. Jane Flamming, Mrs. Lena Flamming, all of North Dakota and Mrs. Lawrence Amfahr, Mrs. P. J. Youngblut, Jesup; four sons, Frank J. Frost, of South Dakota; Val Frost, La Porte City, and J. J. and Nick Frost, Jesup; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Weber, Gilbertville and Mrs. Frank Sechser, Sioux Falls, S. D.; one brother, Valentine Marx, N. D.; 51 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Gilbertville.
