WATERLOO -- Raymond R. Bluhm, 89, of Cedar Falls, formerly of 1217 Glenny Ave., died Tuesday, Dec. 5, at Covenant Medical Center of pneumonia.

He was born Jan. 3, 1911, in Bertha, Minn., son of Emil and Bertha Leyh Bluhm. He married Alice M. Carnes on June 3, 1936, in Wadena, Minn.
Mr. Bluhm had been employed at Rath Packing Co. for 40 years, retiring in 1976.

Survived by: his wife; a brother, Gerald of Waterloo; and a sister, Arvilla Captain of Bertha.

Preceded in death by: four brothers, Ralph, Harold, Donover and Orville; and a sister, Helen Voge.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Walnut Ridge Baptist Church, with burial in Garden of Memories. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Chapel of Memories-West Family Funeral Care, and for an hour before services Friday at the church.
