Robert A. Hosper

December 28, 1952 - August 25, 2020

Robert “Bob” A. Hosper, 67, of Hudson, died Tuesday August 25, at UnityPoint-Allen Hospital.

He was born December 28, 1952, in Waterloo, son of William R. and Mary M. O’Connor Hosper. He married Chery Wenger in 1977 at St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Waterloo, they later divorced.

Bob graduated from Columbus High School in Waterloo and Hawkeye Tech in Waterloo with a degree in Agriculture. He was employed at Fed Ex as a truck driver for 20 years, retiring in 2009. Bob enjoyed spending time fishing and duck hunting.

Survived by two sons, Paul Hosper and Bryan Hosper, both of Murfreesboro, Tenn.

Preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Michael and Douglas Hosper.
