Obituary

Darla Kathryn Wagner, 69, of Waterloo, died Friday, July 17 at Mercy One Waterloo.

She was born June 30, 1951, in Waterloo, the daughter of Vincent P. and Alverna M. Dye Wagner. Darla attended River Hills Special Education and was employed at Chuck E Cheese.

Survivors include: her sister, Diane (Ron) McMahon of Waterloo; two brothers, Bill of Waterloo and Jeff (Meg) of Charlotte, N.C; two nephews, Shawn (Tosha) McMahon and Ryan Wagner; three nieces, Shannon (Scott) Schmidt, Sydney Wagner, and Amanda Wagner; three great-nephews, Gavin McMahon, Braden Schmidt, and Christopher Schmidt.

Preceded in death by her parents; a great-nephew, Nathan Schmidt.

Private Family Graveside Service will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Gilbertville. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street is in charge of arrangements.
