Elizabeth Ann Brown

Elizabeth Ann (Nohr) Brown, 41 years old of Waterloo, Iowa, passed away on May 20, 2020 at MercyOne.

She was born in Vancouver, Washington, on April 1, 1979 to Larry and Cynthia (Ball) Nohr. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Bobby Brown on March 24, 2002.

Elizabeth was an amazing knitter and loved collecting yarn and other items. She always wanted to purchase items from small businesses to show her support. Elizabeth loved traveling, some of her favorite destinations were the Oregon coast and the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC.

She loved all things historical. Elizabeth had a love for animals especially sheep. She enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds in her backyard. Elizabeth was known to be very loving, kind and sweet. She was dedicated to her family and willing to help others. In death she donated to the Iowa Donor Network.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband; Bobby Brown; her cat; Steve; a father & mother-in-law Lawrence Brown Sr & Iris Brown; aunt; Marcelle Haynes, Phyllis Ball, uncle; Glenn Ball, cousin; Jay Nohr and several others, sister-in-law; Jenice Armstrong; brother-in-law; Larry Brown Jr; nieces; Amanda Armstrong, Brandie Freitas; nephews; Richard Armstrong III, Larry Brown III, and John Brown.

Memorials may be directed to the family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Cedar Bend Humane Society.
